Description

DBD is a database of predicted transcription factors in completely sequenced genomes. The predicted transcription factors all contain assignments to sequence specific DNA-binding domain families. The predictions are based on domain assignments from the SUPERFAMILY and Pfam hidden Markov model libraries.
